“You need self-control in an out-of-control world.”–James C. Collins

Over night the Iranian regime ignored the deadline set by the Trump administration regarding a commitment towards nonproliferation of their nuclear program. Approximately 45-minutes after its passing, a joint attack between US and Israeli forces commenced (dubbed Operation Epic Fury) on military and government assets across Iran. Reports thus far are indicating the Ayatollah Kahmenei, members of his family, and a large portion of high-ranking state officials and military commanders, were killed in the first wave.

Iraqi rockets and drones were launched to little effect. Thus far there are no reports of US military casualties, however, a few strikes did occur in Israel and on at least one US base. So far, Epic Fury appears to be swift, accurate, and producing the desired results. Celebrations broke out throughout Iran upon the news of the Ayatollahs death, and perhaps the Iranian people will take back their nation, eliminating the need for any boots on the ground.

The remnants of Hamas/ISIS/Muslim Brotherhood are issuing statements containing promises of retaliation, as-well-as calls for their allies to “rise up” and attack soft targets inside the nations of their enemies.

There’s no way to predict how long the hostilities will continue, nor what the long-term effects will be. What we can surmise is that our border was left open for the better part of two decades allowing the entrance of somewhere in the neighborhood of 40-miilion illegal aliens.

It’s safe to assume that there was at least ONE of them that came into the country with the intent of laying low until given the order to commit an act of terrorism.  Perhaps the number is 10, 100, or 1000…? Yes, ICE has been rounding up as many as they can, but at this point it has been a drop in the bucket, comparatively speaking.

For we peons who aren’t privy to SCIF debriefings of classified intel, all we can do (as world events unfold) is our best to provide security for ourselves and those in our care.

My recommendations:

– Avoid large public gatherings, especially those which demand defenselessness as a the price of entry [Meaning: “No weapons” policies.]
– Church and synagogue should not be attended unarmed. Security teams for such should be on high alert for the duration.

All of us should:

– Carry our concealed pistols all waking hours. They should be cleaned, oiled, and those with optical sights should have freshly confirmed zeros at 10-yards.
– Carry at least one spare magazine (or speed loader.)
– Carry a trauma kit which includes a tourniquet.
– Carry a handheld flashlight with fresh batteries installed.
– Proper footwear needs to be worn during all excursions from home. That means shoes or boots that protect the feet from broken glass, jagged metal, heat, and cold.
– Carry a blade. Properly sharpened.
– Rifles (with confirmed zeros) in low profile containers should be traveling with us in vehicles.

Keep eyes open and be ready to exit (from anywhere) the second trouble appears.

It is highly doubtful any retaliation would amount to more than localized events. However, there is also the “wild card” of leftist protestors and their potential for violence.

We shall see.

…to the great proud people of Iran, I say tonight that the hour of your freedom is at hand. Stay sheltered. Don’t leave your home. It’s very dangerous outside. Bombs will be dropping everywhere. When we are finished, take over your government. It will be yours to take. This will be probably your only chance for generations.”–DJT, 2.28.2026
