“The counterinsurgent reaches a position of strength when his power is embedded in a political organization issuing from, and firmly supported by, the population” -David Galula

Thursday, Israel began an operation against Iran consisting of strikes on military targets, multiple uranium enrichment facilities, and, thus far, one oil refinery.

With a combination of fighter jets, drones, and missiles, they struck the homes and headquarters of Iranian military commanders, killing the majority.

Israel has released FLIR video of Mossad agents on the ground lasing targets to take commanders out. They have also announced they had pre-positioned drone batteries in country, much like the recent Ukrainian attack on Russian military installations.

Like the exploding pagers, this had obviously been in place for months, if not years. [Rumors now are that it was decades, with one Iranian General being a double agent.]

The attacks were green-lit with the expiration of the 60-day window DJT offered Iran “to make a deal”, thus triggering the “find out” portion of FAFO.

Iran retaliated today, striking Tel Aviv with multiple hyper-sonic missiles and destroying 9 buildings in Ramat Gan. The Iron Dome defense system isn’t performing well in repelling such ordnance. Israel is presently conducting air strikes on the Iranian coast and multiple military installations. They’re no doubt planning even heavier responses.

Right or wrong, approve or disapprove, this administration, thus the American people (you and I), are now at war with Iran.

Warfare (and politics) are often framed in the Game of Chess analogy, and over the past decade the term “3D chess” has been in heavy rotation.

Strategies, sacrificing pawns, thinking 25 moves ahead – all are important, relevant, and applicable to combat situations and power struggles. However, what is often ignored by the tacticians is that regardless of how well you or your enemy play the game, someone can always flip the entire board over.

A third party, your opponent…even yourself, or nature itself. There’s always an X-Factor.

Iran is a BRICS nation. Russia and China are its allies, as are an unknown number of Muslim, fighting age males, who have been imported into Western nations over the past decade.

China has a vast spy network embedded in the US. Its claws are deep into academia as well as Congress. They’ve also bought up land, corporations, and Hollywood. It’s not too much of a stretch to assume they have their own version(s) of the exploding pagers already in place.

The US has been fighting Russia in a proxy war in Ukraine since at least 2014. I’m not sure what the actual relationship is between Putin and Trump, but as a general rule, Russia hates our intel agencies and considers them (and NATO) an ongoing threat which needs to be eliminated for Russian survival. Russia came out today condemning the Israeli attacks, leaving no doubt whose side they’re on.

To attempt a conventional war on multiple fronts against Russia and China while the majority of our allies have been neutered (through passive invasion and liberal mind cancer) does not seem tenable without going nuclear.

Yes, America has space-based weapons and is most certainly a force to be reckoned with. SECDEF Hegseth is quickly revamping all service branches and attempting to weed out the weak, the traitors, and the compromised. I expect within two years our military could be rearmed and back to proper readiness. But, today it’s not there, yet.

However, it’s no longer about conventional warfare when direct warfare occurs between superpowers. Sending ships full of soldiers to fight China somewhere in Asia will result in hyper-sonic missiles or satellite weapons sending them to the bottom. They’ll never get there. This is about 5th and 6th generational warfare, and we are already losing.

Our Achilles Heel, aside from our massive social issues and lack of foresight regarding today’s battlefield, is the power grid.

A national grid-down event would mean the end of America. 15 days without electricity, refrigeration, communications, water, sewage treatment, hospitals, medications, fuel, deliveries, fire fighting, etc., would equal millions dead.

Our people would starve and our cities would burn.

We are fat, lazy, weak, divided, and infiltrated.

Our enemies know this (and instigated it.)

A small number of voices in the wilderness have attempted to bring attention to it for a decade. Matt Bracken, Michael Yon, and David Dubyne being a few. No one that matters has listened.

Speaking of Yon, he is adamant about us knowing the difference between sparks and conditions. A spark in a wet forest will not start a fire – the conditions are wrong. The proper conditions must exist for a forest fire to occur, and conditions require time to accumulate and align. We shouldn’t be focused on looking for sparks, we should instead be continually assessing conditions, as we’re better of preventing fires than fighting them.

The conditions for America’s demise have been accumulating for the past century. One spark is still not enough to ignite it, but 20, or so, might. When, what, or where is anyone’s guess. Is it too late to prevent it? In theory, no. In practice, doubtful.

Many reading may argue that we’re going to be fine because “our guy” (DJT) is in charge and won’t let that happen.

If we give him all credit and assume he’s un-corruptible and will make the correct decision every time, we still have to be honest that the chessboard can still be flipped. There has never in history been a single mere mortal (non-divine) man that has saved all of humanity. It’s an unrealistic, childish expectation when there are this many moving parts and other people involved, and when so much at stake.

The deep state is real, as is the treason. And it’s on a larger scale than any of us have imagined. One good man, or even 100 good men, will not be enough to thwart it. It will take millions.

We’re at war, but Iran is not the true enemy, just a byproduct. The real war is internal, on multiple fronts: Courts, economics, education, propaganda, riots, biological agents, foreign nationals illegally crossing our borders, treason, cyber hacking, blackmail, organized terrorism through pre-positioned cells, and/or a direct blow to our electrical infrastructure. These attacks will not stop, they will intensify. And they will be with us until the nation makes one of two moves: fully commits to the fight, or continues to do nothing. Choose the first and we might win, default to the second and we’ll most certainly lose.

As the well-organized and well-funded “No Kings” weekend of leftist/communist demonstrations in support of foreign invaders begins, they now have the latest Israeli/American strikes to uses as propaganda to fuel the anger of the mob. Potentially volatile is an understatement.

So, under the circumstances, I suggest we take control of the things we can and recommit ourselves to readiness.

– Stay out of the cities. If you’re stuck in one, stay inside. Don’t go anywhere near demonstrations or riots.
– Have a bug-out plan, have a bug-in plan.
– Food and water stores.
– Medications, medical kits.
– Check you gear and supplies, change batteries, clean and oil.
– Church security personnel should be on high alert, Sunday – and for the foreseeable future.
– Be armed every waking hour.

We are at a crossroads, but for now we wait and see. …and pray someone doesn’t flip the chessboard and take out the grid.

“We fought a military war; our opponents fought a political one. We sought physical attrition; our opponents aimed for our psychological exhaustion.” – Henry Kissinger, regarding the Vietnam War
