“Those who expect to reap the blessings of freedom, must, like men, undergo the fatigues of supporting it.” – Thomas Paine

The American divide – A division long past political differences, now manifested along pro-American/anti-American lines. One either desires the constitutional Republic to carry on or for it to be completely gutted and destroyed.

Many will still claim there is “middle ground” and that those on the opposite ends of the spectrum are simple minorities, but that isn’t reality.

The far left is in control. That’s who wields power. They control the major cities, the Democratic party, the corporate boards, the tech companies, the school boards, the universities, the media, professional sports, and Hollywood – and are now rapidly taking over the military.

They view all who dare to question them or expresses true love of country as the enemy.

It’s unsustainable.

A nation cannot survive when the most basic patriotism is labeled racism, sexism, homophobia, xenophobia, and/or fascism.

Today, simply flying the American flag is now earning those accusations. And those making the claims are not brushed off as outliers – instead, they are given interviews and screen-time by media. They are given blue check marks by twitter. Youtube algorithms add them to the top of the suggested viewing list, while Facebook sends messages out to users asking if they fear that any of their friends have become “extremists.”

The only good news is that they don’t outnumber those who love this nation.

…yet.

But, the clock is ticking.

We don’t have a generation left to spare.

The solution begins locally. Show up at school board and city council meetings. Make yourself heard. Make the time to teach your children and grandchildren American history – the Constitution and Bill of Rights. Teach them self-reliance and personal responsibility. Teach them to ASK QUESTIONS.

Those who can need to remove their kids from the government indoctrination centers known as “public schools.”

The bottom line is simple: Communists took over because we couldn’t be bothered to get involved. We have brought all of this on ourselves! Now, it’s up to us to fix it.

No one is coming to save us; the cavalry is not on the way.

As you reflect today, remember the sacrifices that were made for our liberty. Then, ask yourself what you can do to preserve it. If we don’t use the system to save the system, it will end in blood. It always does.
